A booking may be made and confirmed with a payment of half the tariff, payable by cheque or credit card by fax, email or telephone. Balance of payment to be made on arrival. Our cancellation policy is a refund of the deposit with 14 days' notice or if a replacement booking is obtained. Where credit card details are held, 50% of the tariff may be charged in the event of a no-show.
