20 Dec 05 - We woke this morning to the magpie chorus and the dead tree outside the bedroom window blossomed with 20 white cockatoos. The Royal spoonbill combed the mud for breakfast and the pelicans landed for assembly. This beautiful cottage is in a magical location. We will treasure the memory of being here. Thank you and we hope to return one day.

24 Apr 07 - Sitting on the deck whittling a piece of wood and watching the wetlands and bush in ever-changing light. What could be more relaxing. And the bed, kitchen and lounge are without peer. Superb R&R.

14 Jun 07 - The opportunity to have a mini nature experience so close to town was just lovely and the thoughtful touches in the cottage made us feel welcomed in the way most public accommodation never does. Have already spoken of it to our bird observer..and frog loving.. friends and am sure they will be coming to visit you.
